To create promotional images for my Carnaval Parties, I’d work with performance-artist friends and arts-entertainment groups such as CircX. For my Carnaval III Party, I shot this photo with CircX and my body-builder friend Angelo Garcia — who previously was in the boy band Menudo

Five minutes from South Beach’s Lincoln Road and yet a world away, The Castello was a most perfect canvas for photoshoots and elaborate creative parties.

Light and Color

Our Miami Beach condo faced west. Every evening we were treated to these amazing sunsets. The sky above Biscayne Bay would be rich in brilliant colors. Every night I shot photos.

Where I live, I always have a blue light. Blue light is relaxing and easy on the eyes. In our Flamingo Resort condominium, the blue light painted all the white surfaces. Together with the sunset views, the overall effect was spectacular
